From dieting to liposuction. Is this the solution?

Dieting requires a lot of determination and desire. It is a process, where habits needs to be reshaped, exercises and a fitness way of life needs to be taken place. In todays busy daily life, shortcuts are tempting, and just going into the operation table to loose those 30 to 40 extra lbs can be a great temptation.

Is Liposuction the solution for all of your problems?

Personally, i believe it is not. Being healthy means to feel comfortable with yourself the way you are, and mostly being patient and understand that transformation takes a while to take place. Change of habits, discipline, organization and desire to change are crucial in being a successful dieter and change your body for life. So, my advice is to not rely in

There are many excuses that we can create in our mind to not go out there and do our best: I'm too fat, it is too cold, i work too much, i have kids, i don't have money - and the list can go forever- but for those who really understand that life is short, and worrying and complaining for the things you COULD do does not change a thing - the world is out there. Go for a walk, exercise, eat healthier, take any processed food OUT of your menu, and the changes will come.

Motivation Diet For The Long Run

After the excitement for change and well into the second week of diet, health and fitness plan, it starts to become challenging if no dramatic results appear to us. We changed our lifestyle upside down in 24 hours, and we surely expect our body to change as fast as our mind. Unfortunately, it is more like a process - i keep telling that my wife - than a sudden change.
If a person wants to go from 350lbs down to 170lbs and stay there, this change should certainly take place over a period of time - 1 to 2 years - as a result of a new lifestyle and well educated fitness person.
So, enjoy the journey day that might be way more fun the the end itself.

Stretching Exercises

Stretching Exercises are a very important step when someone is looking to improve their overall fitness level. It will prevent injuries and also greatly improve the exercise execution.

There are many types of stretches. Some argue that you should not stretch over your limit, for that can cause injury. Others, says that under good conditions, the body can pass the limits of stretch and reach a deeper level of meditation through it. I will focus on the first one, for the second includes Bikram Yoga and other techniques.

Always remember to warm up for 5 to 10 min before you start your stretching exercises. A list of exercises can be found here. Remember that weight loss is a lifetime commitment, a process that should be enjoyed and long lasting. Exercise makes a major difference in a successful and healthy life style, and stretching properly will help you to loose weight by exercising and not get injured.

Weigh Loss Exercise Cares

I decided to start a blog about healthy diet plans. Me and my wife are always on it, and all of us that has been there knows how hard can be to STAY on weight. So, i believe that a way to do it is by keeping a routine that is at least "fun" for the most part.

I am starting to exercise on a gym - i bought the pass - and my concern are injuries. I have read some material on it, and i find that working on intervals will work the best.

What are intervals?

Cardio intervals are a mixed form of speed cardio. Instead of keeping a regular constant speed thoughtout the exercise, it will start slow and speed up throughout the exercise, and then slow again towards the warm up phase.

I also realize that stretching plays a major role in being successful when doing exercises. But i will talk more about that on my next posting.
