Stretching Exercises are a very important step when someone is looking to improve their overall fitness level. It will prevent injuries and also greatly improve the exercise execution.
There are many types of stretches. Some argue that you should not stretch over your limit, for that can cause injury. Others, says that under good conditions, the body can pass the limits of stretch and reach a deeper level of meditation through it. I will focus on the first one, for the second includes Bikram Yoga and other techniques.

Exercise makes a major difference in a successful and healthy life style, and stretching properly will help you to loose weight by exercising and not get injured.
